HTC Edge to be the first Quad core Android Smartphone with Tegra 3 processorPocketnow.com just introduced us the avobe unannounced HTC smartphone which they claimed to be the first quad core smartphone to market. The news seems legitimate as anofficial statement were given earlier and here we are lucky to meet HTC Edge. According to their reliable source HTC Edge will feature a quad core processor supposed to be AP30 Tegra 3 CPU from Nvidia will offer four 1.5GHz cores. Other suggested specs: 4.7-inch 720p HD display, 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear camera with f/2.2 lens and Beats Audio and 32 GB storage. The device will also feature HTC Sense 4.0 on top of Android Gingerbread and will get an upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich later.
With HTC Edge the company may also rollout new or improved HTC content services, such as the HTC Listen music store, HTC Read bookstore, and HTC Play gaming hub; the HTC Watch movie portal will reportedly begin to offer HD fare.
